Our thesis is that early-stage African founders need deeper support over a longer period of time(years vs. weeks/months) in order to build profitable ventures that sustainably create jobs.

Companies served in this way will raise the right capital at the right time, reach profitability sooner, create and sustain more jobs, be resilient to ecosystem shocks, and deliver more of the profits to local stakeholders. Ultimately this helps local communities to flourish and spurs a flywheel of support for future entrepreneurs.
